2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.5 cup Canned Sweet Potatoes in Syrup - Cut Yams (by WILDFLOWER-)
Preheat non-stick pan (medium heat). Use light cooking spray if you prefer. Drain and rinse sweet potatoes. Mash thoroughly in mixing bowl and combine with egg and cinnamon. Spoon into pan and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Makes 4 large cakes. Consistency of the cakes was just fine as-is.
