Energy bites

Ingredients
1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 65 gram(s) Rough coconut flour / unsweetened flakes100 gram quick oats 2 tbsp Maple Syrup .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 30 gram(s) Hemp seed1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated.5 tsp salt50 gram(s) raisins1 1tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Start by grading the carrots. Combine the graded carrots along with all other ingredients, EXCEPT for raisins and coconut oil, into a food processor and pulse until it begins to stick together. Pulse it a little more for good measure and possibly scrape down the sides if this makes you feel better. It made me feel better.
Now add the raisins and pulse again. My batch was a tad dry, if yours is too, add that tiny bit of oil and pulse again.

Roll into bite size balls, I measured mine out to 25 grams. Place in airtight container, refrigerate up to 5 days.
