Chicken w/ black beans and mango salsa

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (tenders)1 c salsa1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed1 oz pineapple juice1 tbsp kahluadash cinnamin
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil over med. heat.
Add in tenders and sautee 3 minutes per side, til meat is no longer pink on surface and beginning to brown.
Add in remaining ingredients, stir to combine and heat through, reducing heat to low and covering for apx. 15 minutes.

Serve with rice.

Makes 6-8 servings.
