Masaad Barbecue Grilled Kafta Platter

Ingredients
1.45 serving George's Market Kafta (2 piece, 91 g. serving) (by POINDEXTRA) 92.7 grams French Fries 58.3 grams Bread, pita, white 71.3 grams French Fries 34.3 grams Onions, raw 106 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 38.8 gram(s) Mechelany Foods Turnips Pickled 22.9 gram(s) Mechaalany Pickled Wild Cucumbers 53.5 grams Bread, pita, white 71.9 grams Bread, pita, white 126.3 grams Hummus
Directions
1- For the kafta, combine ground lamb meat, onions, parsley, salt, pepper & all spice. Mix well and shape into elongated patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2- Cut the fries and deep fry them.
3- Grill the kafta preferably over charcoal to get the smoky taste.
4- Place the tomatoes & onions on the charcoal grill. Grill until tender and charred.
5- Place 1 pita on a platter. Place the kafta, French fries, tomatoes, & onins on the pita. Add to garnish the pickled wild cucumbers and pickled turnips.
6- Serve with a side of hummus and an extra white pita.
