Ingredients
1.5 cup chickpea (garbanzo) flour3.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal2.0 tsp Baking Soda0.25 tsp Salt12.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla2.0 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat waffle iron. Mix wet items, stir in dry items. Butter iron and pour batter in, being careful not to overfill. Remove when brown and crisp. If you want to freeze and reheat in tbe toaster later, cook about a minute less.
