455 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 2 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 small Onions, raw .12 cup Garlic 8 cup Noodles, Wheat, Whole Foods 8 serving Mozzarella 16 serving Parmigiano-Reggiano 2 tbls Italian SeasoningSalt and Pepper to taste2 fl oz Red Wine (optional)2 tsp Granulated Sugar (optional)
Boil Water and prepare noodles
Brown chicken with onions, garlic, mushrooms, and seasonings
Add tomato sauce to meat mixture and simmer 5 mins
add noddles into casserole dish
pour half meat sauce on top of noodles
layer mozzarella cheese
Add second half of meat sauce
Sprinkle Parmigiano-Reggiano on top
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted
