Baked Broccoli & Cheese Patties

Ingredients
3 cup Broccoli - chopped - frozen 3 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, 100 gram Great value shredded mild cheddar cheese 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Club house Garlic plus seasoning (by 2BG2FT)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Cook broccoli as per directions (usually with 1/4 cup of water, boil until ready). When cool, pulse in a food processor. Scrap into a bowl, then add fresh spinach to food processor. Pulse again until chopped.

In a large bowl, add broccoli, spinach, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, apple sauce, salt, pepper and garlic plus to taste.

Mix well. Using a tablespoon, place a heaping spoonful into your hands and mold into a patty. Should be about 2 inches in diameter.

Bake at 400F for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.
