Salad:1 lb. pakage of coleslaw4 scallions1/2 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup sunflower seeds1 pkg ramen noodle soup oriental flavorDressing:1/2 cup vegatable oil( or EVOO)3 tbs sugar3 tbs vinegar1 pkg season mix from ramen soup
Combine coleslaw, scallions, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Mix dressing and toss into slaw mix. Break up Ramen noodles and add to salad.
