Peach-Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
16c rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces1-#10 can sliced peach, with syrup rinsed off3 c Splenda1.25 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in an 8-quart pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally. Cook until rhubarb is soft. Store in 1-quart jars. Can be frozen.
