2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 28 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Salt 1 cup Butter, salted 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1) Preheat oven to 325.
2) Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.
3) In a separate bowl, add softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Then add egg and vanilla to mixture. Mix well. Then add in the pumpkin purée.
4) Add the dry mixture to the wet and mix well.
5) Add in chocolate chips and spread batter evenly into pan.
6) Bake for 45 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from pan and center is set.
