Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 2 cup Spinach, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Sauté veggies until cooked. Mix eggs, egg whites, and milk in a bowel. Place veggies in a pie pan. Pour egg mixture over. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
