1.0 serving(s) 1 whole spaghetti squash0.66 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 1tsp Canola Oil0.25 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black1.0 clove GarlicMakes 6 1-cup servings.
Cut squash in half. Scoop out seeds (and roast then for later)! Slice garlic thin and line insides of squash "bowls" with it. Drizzle with oils, add salt and pepper. Bake bowl side up in baking dish at preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Cool a few minutes after, then shred squash out of skin with fork. Serve.
