Hi Protein Noodle-Free Lasagna

Ingredients
32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup Mushrooms, canned2 cloves garlic 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 5 cups Classico Tomato & Basil Spaghetti Sauce1/2 tsp Italian herbs1/2 tsp dried basil1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk .5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 2 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 8 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
Directions
Brown ground turkey in skillet. Add onion and garlic and continue to brown. Drain. Add sauce, red pepper, mushrooms with Italian seasoning, basil and any other seasoning you like. Simmer for 20 minutes or so till red pepper is soft. Make cheese filling by blending ricotta, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, with garlic salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Layer half meat mixture in casserole dish. Spread cheese filling on top along with 3/4 cup Italian cheese blend. Spoon on remaining meat mixture on top. Finish with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees.
