28 gram(s) Honeyville Soy Protein Isolate 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 pinch saltCoconut oil to grease the pan
1. Separate egg white and yolk. Be careful, don't get yolk in the white part.
2. Beat egg white until you get high peak or looking like marshmallow
3. Fold all ingredients using a spatula, gentle. You don't want to lose the fluffiness.
4. Pour into greased pan and bake in preheated oven 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes
