Chicken Spinach Pasta Toss

Ingredients
1/4 c. fat-free Italian dressing3 chicken breasts, sliced/chopped1 (10 oz) bag fresh baby spinach leaves1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered3 c. egg noodles1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until cooked through. Add spinach, cook until slightly wilted. Add tomatoes; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in noodles and reserved 1/2 cup cooking water. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
Makes about 3-4 servings.
