Ingredients
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup (remove)Scallops (broiled, 6 large or 14 small), 1 serving (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)*Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1 tbsp (remove)Dill weed, dried, 20 grams (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup pieces (remove)1 cup cooked aldenti whole grain spaghetti
Directions
Melt shedds spread over med heat, Add Garlic turn heat up to high. Sautee garlic for 30 seconds add mushrooms, sautee and additional minute add scallops ,cook an additional 30 seconds. Add pasta stir and serve
