4 Bananas Chiquita® (1 banana 126g approx) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Almond Butter, Nature's Promise Organic Almond Butter Smooth/Unsalted 0.5 cup Coconut flour (1/2 cup dry - 75grams)1 T. cinnamon1 tsp. each Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Vanillapinch of salt
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5' glass loaf pan.
2. Combine bananas, eggs and nut butter in a blender and mix well.
3. Add coconut flour, B.S., B. P. cinnamon and vanilla. Blend well.
4. Pour into prepared pan and bake 55-60 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and flip out onto cooling rack.
Additions- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, chocolate chips, blueberries
