Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
1lb Frozen Small Shrimp 2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 c Philadelphia lIte Cream Cheese2 Tblsp chopped onion1 tsp yellow mustard3 dashes of worchestershire sauce2 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F

Spray 8x8 cooking dish with canola oil

Open package(s) of forzen shrimp and place in a large collendar.
-run cold water over shrimp untill thawed
-press water out of shrimp with paper towles
until shrimp are damp but not watery
-set aside

With a blender , food Processor, or Hand Mixer Blend cream cheese, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese,
mustard, worchestershire Sauce, and Old Bay Seasoning together until creamy.

With a wooden spoon fold Shrimp and onion into the cheese mixture.

Pour entire mixture into a 8x8 baking dish

Bake for 30 minutes at 350F

20 - 30 Serving (1 TBLSP)

Note: Serve with crackers
