Sweet salsa chicken with carmelized onions

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless ckicken breastshalf cup mango salsahalf cup chicken broth1 large onioncooking spray
Directions
place chicken breasts in slow cooker or medium stewpot. Add salsa and broth. Cook on low until chicken is done (about 6 hours in crockpot, or 45 minutes in stewpot). Slice onions and saute lightly in frying pan until golden and carmelized. Serve onions over chicken.
