3 Meat Chili - (No Beans) Hi Protein

Ingredients
1 lb. Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground chicken2 lbs. cubed Beef Stew Meat1 Onion, chopped 2- 14 oz. cans Del Monte Petite-Cut Diced Tomatoes 24 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes 2 small cans Sliced Mushrooms 2 cup Bell Peppers, chopped (Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 tbsp Chili Powder 2 tbsp *McCormick Ground Cumin 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water 2 tbs minced garlic or 2-3 cloves fresh minced2 packets stevia sweetenerSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown meats. Drain. Add diced peppers, onions, minced garlic (optional) to pot and sauté for a few moments. Add meat back into pot, then add tomatoes, water, mushrooms, seasonings and salt/pepper to taste. Simmer until beef cubes are tender. I used an electric pressure cooker for 18 minutes. Makes the meats especially tender and blends flavors together beautifully.
