Ham and Swiss Egg Muffins

12 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh .5 cup 2% milk 8 oz Smithfield Anytime Favorites Diced Ham (by JKGIRLIE82) .5 cup KRAFT Natural Shredded Swiss Cheese (by ASIEG99) 0.25 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Crack open 12 eggs and whisk in milk until smooth.
3. Add ham, salt, and pepper.
4. Spray muffin tin with Pam or coat with vegetable oil.
5. Fill each muffin with approximately 1/3 cup of the egg mixture.
6. Even divide swiss cheese and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until egg has set.
Note: If making ahead, seal in airtight container, keeps for up to 1 week. Reheat in microwave for approx. 30 seconds. If freezing, all egg muffins to cool completely. Wrap individually in plastic wrap, then store in airtight bags or container. Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
