Ingredients
1000.0 Grams Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt50.0 Grams Butter, unsalted2.0 small Onions, raw1000.0 mL Water, tap2.0 tsp some cumin and cream to taste
Directions
Fry the pealed and chopped pumpkin a bit before adding water to boil until soft. Fry the chopped onions separately too be added before blending. Serve with cheese or cream and fresh basil.
