Cauliflower "Mashed Potatos"

Ingredients
3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Butter, salted 5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
Directions
Cut the cauliflower into pieces. Add to salted boiling water and boil for 5-8 min or until tender. Drain. Return to pot, add garlic and butter and mash or blend with a hand blender.
