Ingredients
32 oz Shrimp, raw 4 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value 6 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), chopped 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 can Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added 1 can Black Beans, No Salt Added3 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning 4 tbsp Mrs. Dash Taco Seasoning Mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a wok and stir fry until shrimp are cooked and vegetables are tender.
