Kelly's BARIATRIC Pureed Fish Pie

Ingredients
300 grams Haddock (fish) 1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 medium Carrots, raw 2 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, cooked 1 can Pink Salmon (canned) 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper (by PRECIOUSRUBY) 1 dash Salt .5 cup Cabot Low Fat Greek Yogurt Plain .25 serving Calci Boost or Calcitrim milk (Anchor) x 200ml glass
Directions
Cook all veggies until soft, and then mash together.
Mix together the fish, salmon, Greek yogurt, dill and a little of the smoked fish liquid.

Mix all together and add seasonings, and then puree with stab mixer.
Pour into little containers and either freeze for later, or eat within a few days.

Serving Size:�makes 6-7 serves (approx. 100-150mls each)
