Carmel Vanilla Cheesecake for Egg Fast

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter8 oz. Cream Cheese 8 Eggs (raw)2 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Caramel Flavoring Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla extract1 tsp bottled lemon juice (like RealLemon)
Directions
Soften cream cheese and melt butter before mixing

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until thoroughly combined. Use spatula to scrape sides of blender as cream cheese will stick. Divide batter between 8 jumbo silicon muffin cups.

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Tops should be slightly browned. Add time if needed to slightly brown tops.

Best if chilled before eating.

Serving Size: Makes 8 dessert cakes - each cake = 1 egg, 1oz. cheese, 1 tbsp fat

    Waaaay too many eggs. I reduced it to 5 eggsand it was still too many eggs. Added a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Smelled wonderful...tasted...edible but not enjoyable. Will try again...

    Update*** They grew on me over time. 5 eggs and 1/4 cup or less butter=good - 10/10/18
