1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)3.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Chop all ingredients into desired sizes. Sauté until caramelized. Use a scoop at a time in other recipes.
