Salsa, I Cup1/2 raw onion sliced thinExtra light Olive Oil, 1 tbspTalapia, 16 oz.
Spray your glass container with Pam or use 1 tbsp of Extra Light Olive Oil. Place talapia in the pan top with onion ringlets and salsa. Bake on 375 for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until the fish is flakey

OMG-- soooo good- I love this website!! I marinated the Talapia in lemon juice, terayaki sauce then put it in the oven with the onions and salsa and pepper- the last few minutes, I put the light mozz cheese on top and served it over brown rice-- what a nice, light dinner!! thank you!! - 8/7/12
