3lbs 80/20 ground beef chuck One large can Vegall Mixed Vegetables 3 tsp Better than boullion beef flavored base 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 packet (4T) Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion 1/2 clove Garlic 1 cup Milk, 3.25%
Brown ground beef and onions together. Then dump in remaining ingredients, except milk. Let simmer in slow cooker on high heat or on the stove on medium heat for a couple of hours until flavors all blend. Best to leave the lid on. :)
Add the one cup milk about 30 minutes before serving (just adds some richness to the soup). Garnish with shredded cheese, chives, etc.
