Grape Feta Onion Scramble

Ingredients
1 tbsp Grape Seed Oil 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Egg white, large 1 large Onions, raw 1 cup, seedless Grapes 3 oz Feta Cheese 0.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Coat grapes with 1 tsp oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 425 f for 30 minutes. Caramelize onions in remainder of the oil with a little salt and xylitol to taste. Wisk together eggs, egg whites, and milk. Pour over caramelized onions and let cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle grapes and feta on top, cover with a lid, and let cook a few more minutes till feta is melted.
