1 1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp dry mustard powder1/4 tsp pepper2 tbls white vinegar2 tbls lemon juice1/3 cup cannola oil3 pounds of potatoes2 tbls chopped onion1 cup light mayo3 hard boiled eggs
Boil 3 eggs
peal and boil potatos

mix together
sugar
salt
paprika
dry mustard
pepper
vinegar
lemon juice
cannola oil

cut potatos to desired size. Pour mixture above over potatos. Add chopped onions. Mix well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove from fridge add Mayo and chopped hard boiled eggs. Mix well
garnish with Paprika and Parsley

This is a great recipe and yes it uses 1/3 of a cup of oil but it makes 10 servings.
This is my favorite potato salad recipe and before you give it a bad rating you should actually try it.
