Ginger Soy Marinade-Version 2

Ingredients
1/4 c Dole Orange Peach Mango Juice2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Canola oil1.5 tsp ginger root (grated)1 tsp Honey1 tsp rice vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir well to combine.

Marinade for fish or chicken (1--2 lbs max)

Can reduce marinade in sm. saucepan over med. heat and serve with cooked meat as a sauce.

Makes 4-8 servings, depending on amount of meat used.
