Bean & Vegie Burgers

Ingredients
1 can cannellini beans1 large carrot, chopped and cooked1/4 cup peas1/4 green or red capsicum1 tsp of crushed chilli1 tsp of crushed ginger1 tbsp of tomato paste2 tbsp of multigrain breadcrumbs
Directions
Blend beans and cooked carrot, then mix together with remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Form into patties, then grill for 2 minutes each side until cooked.

Eat hot or cold.
