3 cups of potatoes diced1/2 cup of light mayo1/4 cup yellow mustard1/2 cup of diced sweet onion2 tbsp pickle relish4 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
peel and boil potatoes until tender but not mushy, drain potatoes. Mix rest of Ingredients. remove to serving bowl cover and chill until serving.
