Tofu Potato Cheddar

Ingredients
200 grams Tofu, firm 300 grams Baked Potato, with skin 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 cup Soy Milk 10 grams Miso 15 grams Seaweed, Agar 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
Directions
Mix Milk& Agar on stove, cook for 5 min.
Blend all the other ingredients together, finally add the agar mixture, pour n cups, refrigerate at least one hour.
