Cheese Bagels - keto

Ingredients
2.5 cup Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 serving Marketside large organic eggs 1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 3 tsp Baking Powder 2 serving cheese, Philadelphia chive & onion regular cream cheese spread, 2 Tablespoons .25 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
Combine Shredded Cheese & Cream cheese in a medium size mixing bowl & 'melt' at 30 second intervals - until cheese is melted & easy to combine.
In a seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients & mix.
Add the dry ingredients & two eggs [scrambled in a bowl to break yolks] in with the melted cheese & mix.
Let cool for approximately 10-15 minutes - this will make the dough less sticky & easier to work with.
Divide into 6 equal portions & then roll out into equal size logs.
Form now, into a circle on a silpat [or baking sheet] lined cookie sheet.
You can top with 'everything bagel' blend or leave plain.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 11-12 minutes - or until a light, golden brown.
