Ingredients
3 serving Swanson Unsalted Cooking Chicken Stock (by JBOERNER) 1 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 6 large Shrimp, cooked 1 serving Ramen Noodle - Plain, 1 block (by EL-AURA)
Directions
prepare package of ramen noodles without flavor packet
prepare vegetables by slicing thinly.
add stock to pan.
season with chinese 5 spice and powered ginger to taste.
add fresh ground pepper to taste.
add shrimp to stock and coke for 2 minutes.
add vegetables to stock and cook until tender, not mushy
serve over ramen noodles
