Ingredients
1 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce 0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 serving 1/4 Avocado 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.25 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 3 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice 0.25 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat 0.25 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 1 serving Land O' Frost Premium Black Forest Ham (4 slices / 50g) 2 large Hard Boiled Egg
Directions
I make sure that all the greens are washed and dried and place in the bottom of the casserole dish. And then I layer my carrots cucumbers eggs avocado tomatoes celery fresh mushrooms about a half a cup of whatever kind of cheese that you like. The chicken that I get is chicken breast in the deli at Kroger's or you can cook your own chicken breast and dice it in the casserole dish.
