1.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Cracked (daliya) wheat upma 2 tsp Salt 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.75 tsp Yeast (Red Star Bread Machine Yeast) (by LEETIE) 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt 0.125 cup Almonds (blanched, slivered) (by KMORELAND) .125 cup, chopped Walnuts
Place all ingredients (except seeds and nuts) in breadmaker pan in the order listed. Cracked wheat should be measured AFTER cooking. Use a knife or spatula to level off measurements as they must be exact.
