Ingredients
7% fat ground turkeylarge eggWorcestershire sauceDijon mustardsalt (optional)ground black pepperminced red onionshredded parmesan cheeseminced parsley
Directions
Break ground turkey into pieces in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with seasonings. Wet hands in cold water, form 4-5 oz patties, handling as little as possible. Brush/spray both sides with olive oil spray. Freeze individual burgers on a baking sheet until fully chilled (2 h). Place in resealable freezer bag, label, date. Freeze up to 2 months. Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Broil 4" from heat about 4-5 min per side. Grill on preheated grill.
