Easy Vegan Mushroom Gravy

1 cup Vegetable Broth 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 cup slice mushrooms2 Tbsp Arrowroot flour .5 tsp dried Basil 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Combine the vegetable broth and soy sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add the mushrooms and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
In a separate container, combine the arrowroot with just enough water to dissolve. When the water and soy sauce mixture is at a steady simmer, slowly whisk in the arrowroot mixture, stirring constantly until the liquid is thickened.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the basil and nutritional yeast. Serve right away.
