Ingredients
1 block extra firm tofu (14 oz)1 cup grated carrot1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped onion4 Tbs light Mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and add fresh or dried dill to taste. Serve with a pita or over salad greens. yum! Each serving is approx. 3/4 cup
