1 8.5 oz. Uncle Ben';s Ready Bown & Wild Rice1 can Black Beans drained1 ripe mango peeledhandful of fresh cilantro cleaned, stems removed1 jalepeno, cleaned seeds removed1 cup of salsa, I like to use fresh
Directions
pulse, cilantro, mango and jalepeno pepper in food processor, (or chop fine)
Mix all ingredients together.
