Beef, round steak, 1.08 lb (cut into chunks)Pork Sausage, 3 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 (remove skin and use like ground beef)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, strips Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, slicedGarlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup (whole jar, 1lb 10 oz)italpasta spaghetti (uncooked), 8 oz (half package)
chop beef into cubes, take sausage out of skin and crumble, slice pepper and onion. slow cook beef cubes, onions, peppers and sausage (you can delete sausage or put in ground turkey for less calories and fat), once meat is cooked and beef is tender (30 minutes to a hour) drain and add garlic powder, red pepper and sauce let cook on low while you make pasta as directed. makes 6 - 10 1/2 ounce servings
