Ingredients
Butter, salted, 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cupBrown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked Egg, fresh, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Flour, white, 2 cups Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Oatmeal - dry, 2 cup Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 2 cup shredded Coconut, sweetened, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven at 375.

1. Cream butter and sugars
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3.Add flour, baking powder and soda and salt. Mix well.
4. Add Rice Krispies, coconut and oats a bit at a time.
5. Drop by spoonfuls (about size of walnut) onto cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. (about 15 per sheet)

Bake at 375 for 7 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on wire rack.
cookies freeze well.

Makes about 80 small cookies.

    Made these for a party and they were gone right away! I substituted light butter for half of the regular butter, switched the sugar to Splenda, and used one cup white flour and one cupe whole wheat flour. So good - will definitely make again. Thanks! - 5/25/09
