Low Carb Tuna Salad, No Eggs

Ingredients
4 oz Chicken of the Sea Solid White Tuna in Water 2 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise 0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 tbsp Black Olives, canned (small-extra large) 3 slice Dill Pickles 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the spinach. Mince or chop the pickles to add in. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the whole mix onto whole or chopped spinach.
