Ingredients
24.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted3.0 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g)3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black12.0 tsp Bacon grease
Directions
Beat eggs. Grind pork rinds and add salt and pepper. Cut chicken into preferred serving size. Dip chicken in egg then coat with pork rinds. Fry in bacon grease until chicken reaches 165 internal temp.
