Beefy Lettuce Wraps

4 oz. Extra lean Ground beef1 green onion, chopped1 clove garlic, Minced or 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tbsp bell pepper, Chopped2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro, Chopped4 Romaine Lettuce leaves1 stick Cucumber, peeled and quartered lengthwise8 fresh spinach leaves1 cup Brocolli, chopped
In a skillet; brown beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until Tender.
Stir in pepper. Cook stiring occasionally, until pepper is tender crisp and most of the liquid is evaporated.
Stir in Cilantro. Spoon beef mixture onto lettuce leaves. Add 1 quarter stick of cucumber, 2 spinach leaves and 1/4 cup chopped Brocolli to each leaf.
Wrap lettuce leaf around mixture to make a bundle.
