1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 stick Butter, salted 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 80 grams Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate 3 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 25 tbsp Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
boil water with stick of butter and gradually add i cup of flour. When mixture is mixed and balls up, add one egg at a time blending before adding the next egg. whip until smooth.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 20-30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
Mix pudding mix with three cups of milk, and blend. Add 8 oz package of softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Pour pudding mix into the cooled pastry shell and top with cool whip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serving Size: makes 16 slices when baked in a 9x13 pan
