1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 cup Sauerkraut 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb Apples, fresh with skin 1 medium Carrots, raw 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 16 oz Pork Ribs, country style
Spray with Pam, brown ribs on both sides. Cut in 1 inch pieces. Dice onions, carrots, apples and potatoes, add to ribs. Place sauerkraut on top. cook on low for 5-6 hours
